2009年10月29日，美国商务部发布公告，由于计算失误，2009年8月17日发布的对华木制卧室家具反倾销行政复审终裁结果存在错误，现发布公告予以修改。

　　2003年12月17日，美国商务部对原产于中国的木制卧室家具进行反倾销调查，涉案产品海关编码为94035090.40、94035090.80和70099250.00。2004年11月17日，美国商务部对该案作出反倾销终裁，裁定中国涉案企业的倾销幅度为5.07%～198.08%。2008年3月7日，美国商务部对该案进行第7次反倾销行政复审。2009年8月17日，美国商务部对该案作出行政复审终裁，裁定中国涉案企业的倾销幅度为29.98%～216.01%。
